Frank Carlucci
Born and raised in Scranton, Frank Carlucci was U.S. Secretary of Defense
under Ronald Reagan from November, 1987 to January, 1989.
A graduate of Princeton University, Secretary Carlucci served many
years in the State Department before becoming Secretary of Defense.
