He recently toured performing his own one-man show, and was very active in the University of Scranton's Theatrical Department and at Wilkes University. He was co-artistic director at The Public Theatre in Scranton.

Jason Miller has over 20 acting credits, including the voice of Sarge in Toy Soldiers and a part in the TV movie Rudy. He was born and reared on the edge of Scranton. He worked as a waiter, truck driver, and welfare investigator before breaking into acting professionally. Jason Miller was married to Linda Gleason (daughter of Jackie) from 1963-1973. Their son is actor Jason Patric. Jason Miller died in May, 2001. He was 62.
